Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the day of receipt of the order without having to give reasons or pay a penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.
